When someone scans the QR code on the Houdini Tag, they will see the pet’s and owner’s names, and can call the pet owner with one click (The owner’s phone number is not visible, preserving their privacy).

Also if the person that scans the tag shares their location, the owner will receive a text message with the exact location of the pet. There is no need for a special software.

We can deactivate the tag, rendering your information inaccessible. We will provide you with a complimentary replacement tag.

No, you can scan the tag using the camera on any smartphone.

No, we use phone number masking technology. When making a call using the call button on the pet’s profile, your number and the pet’s owner’s number are never visible.

You can choose to display one or multiple addresses, or none at all.
